The Holden HK Monaro was the first car in the Monaro line and was manufactured between 1968 and 1971.

The GTS could reach speeds of up to 200km/h and had a powerful engine that could take it from 0-60mph in just 7.6 seconds.

The car was also the first Holden to be manufactured with a V8 engine, which would become an iconic feature of the company's later models.
