The McLeod Ford XA GT proved to be exceptionally quick around Mount Panorama, with Goss securing pole position with a blistering 2m33.4s lap before the team also recorded the fastest lap of the race. Their strong run was ultimately ended after an unavoidable incident damaged the Falcon's front guard and radiator.

Produced in highly detailed 1:18 scale, this collector's model recreates the distinctive McLeod Ford race car with exceptional engine, interior and chassis detailing. It also captures an important feature of the original car: its front spoiler, making it the only Falcon at the 1973 Bathurst race fitted with the newly homologated XA GT spoiler.
